I recently had a water pipe break in the very small area under my house. Rutman Restoration came out almost immediately and started work the next day. The men who did the work, which ended up to be extensive, were respectful, polite, and even brought me some gallons of water to drink and cook with. They had to drain water from under the house and dry the area. They removed wet insulation and put in clean and dry and replaced the moisture barrier. I was always aware of what they were doing and why because they took pictures to show me. They dealt with my insurance company. I didn’t have to. They were here when they said they’d be and when they went to lunch they were back in an hour!! (They even brought me a coffee). And did I say these “men” were in their 20s? Since I am 78, to me they’re kids!! I have already recommended Rutman to someone, and have no hesitation in saying, their work will be very satisfying. You can’t go wrong by hiring this company. They easily get a 5 star rating from me.

I had a water pipe break in my Master bathroom that caused floor damage. David and his team took control on my behalf and got everything I needed done. I even got to pick out my carpet color and my tile. They did a fantastic job. My house is back to normal. They also helped move furniture out and back into my bedroom. Dealing with wildlife in my crawlspace was a huge stress, but Rutman Restoration made the whole process smooth. They inspected the damage, assisted with my insurance claim, and carried out a thorough six-day project in June 2024. They replaced the insulation, sealed all entry points, installed a vapor barrier, fixed the ductwork, and sanitized the area completely. I really appreciated their consistent updates and professional handling throughout. If you’re facing similar issues, I can’t recommend them enough!

I had their crew dig out a 750 Sq/ft crawl space, install vapor barrier, and insulate. They were very professional and well mannered. They were also able to beat a lot of the competing companies on their price point. A strongly reccomend for crawl spaces and restoration jobs!
